This website is about me and all the things I’ve done, or at least worth sharing.

I am not a
designer
I am a multidimensional guy, my passions expand across many fields, some of them having nothing in common with each other. With this website I want to introduce all of my sides. This is not a professional portfolio but rather a life one.
I am originally from Romania, but I moved to Denmark when I was 18, right after high school, to study my bachelor’s in Aalborg. Then after 5 years I moved to Copenhagen where I studied my master’s.

MY STARTUP EXPERIENCE
During my studies, I dove into the startup world and co-founded two projects that taught me more than any textbook ever could. It was all about trting things out as fast as possible, building with users in mind, and figuring things out as I went. Messy? Sometimes. Fun and rewarding? Always.
WORK EXPERIENCE
My work journey started with a developer mindset—writing code and solving technical puzzles. But over time, I found myself more drawn to the bigger picture: understanding users, shaping products, and connecting the dots between teams. That shift led me to a role as Assistant Product Manager, where I got to bridge tech and strategy, and help turn ideas into products that actually make sense to people.
Assistant Product Manager & Scrum Master
Unik System Design A/S
Aalborg
2022 - 2023
As a student assistent at Unik System Design, I worked as Assistant Product Manager and Scrum Master, where I led agile ceremonies and coached teams in agile best practices, significantly improving sprint efficiency and collaboration. I facilitated communication between stakeholders and developers, ensuring customer feedback was seamlessly integrated into the product development cycle. My role was pivotal in aligning technical execution with business goals, contributing to precise and user-focused product delivery.

Teaching Assistant
X-Tech Entrepreneurship
Danmarks Tekniske Universitet
Lyngby
2024 - 2025
At DTU, I’m a teaching assistant for the university’s flagship startup incubator course—an awesome mix of teaching, mentoring, and hands-on startup chaos. I help run the course behind the scenes, support lectures and events, and work closely with early-stage teams as they take their first steps. From weekly check-ins to advice on pitching, product design, business models, and go-to-market strategy, I’m there to help turn big ideas into real startups.
FESTIVALS
I’ve always been drawn to the energy of live music, concerts, and festivals. I love the big and complex machine a festival is and how the organized chaos behind the scenes makes all the gears turn the right way. Every summer, I jump into the chaos of festivals, volunteering and working backstage to help make the magic happen. I genuinely love the high-pressure vibe: quick decisions, tight schedules, and solving problems on the fly. It’s intense and unpredictable.
Roskilde Festival
Stage Manager
As Stage Manager for the Apollo stage, I was responsible for coordinating live performances and ensuring seamless transitions between acts. I managed technical crews, oversaw stage setups and changeovers, and maintained close communication with artists and production teams to uphold the schedule and meet technical requirements. My role demanded quick decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
